NCT ID NCT06474260
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study is testing a program called 'One All' that uses the sport Ultimate Frisbee to help young people in tribal communities in South India build mental health resilience. Researchers will train local young adults as facilitators to run the three-year curriculum. They will measure changes in resilience and mental well-being in 240 participants over 12 to 18 months to see if the program is feasible and effective.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
One All behavioral intervention (Ultimate Frisbee-based curriculum)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could point toward a low-cost, community-driven way to improve mental health resilience in young people from tribal communities.
What could go wrong
This is an early feasibility study with only 240 participants, so results may not apply broadly. The program's success depends on local adaptation and facilitator training.
