New 'Film' aims to stop sick kids from vomiting during cancer treatment

Summary

This study is testing if a special dissolving film containing the drug ondansetron can safely prevent vomiting in children (aged 1-14) who are receiving radiation therapy for cancer. It aims to find a better way to manage this common and distressing side effect. The trial will involve 60 children with specific types of cancer who are scheduled for certain radiation treatments.
