Summary
This study tests a new oncolytic virus (Ad-TD-nsIL12) for treating high-grade glioma, an aggressive brain cancer. It involves 40 adults aged 18-80 with untreated tumors in specific brain areas. The main goal is to see if the virus improves survival at 12 months.
