Summary
This study tests whether combining certain drugs can safely and effectively treat onchocerciasis (river blindness) in adults. Participants first receive ivermectin to clear skin and eye parasites, then get one of four drug combinations. The goal is to find a regimen that kills adult worms and reduces side effects. 300 adults with at least one nodule are enrolled.
