New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called OMTX705, alone or with an immunotherapy, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose. About 150 participants will join this study across multiple centers.
