Summary

This study tests whether adding omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) to standard immunotherapy (PD-1 inhibitors) helps adults with advanced esophageal cancer. The main goal is to see if omega-3 can prevent muscle loss and improve treatment outcomes. About 142 participants will receive either omega-3 or a placebo daily for 6 months, alongside their regular cancer treatment.
