Summary
This study tests whether adding omega-3 supplements to standard diabetes treatment can improve blood sugar control and cholesterol levels in people with type 2 diabetes. About 66 adults aged 25-75 will take either omega-3 or a placebo twice daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will monitor changes in blood sugar, HbA1c, and lipid levels to see if omega-3 provides extra benefits.
