Summary
This study is testing if omega-3 fatty acid supplements (like fish oil) can help pregnant women who smoke. Researchers want to see if these supplements can lead to healthier, longer pregnancies and possibly help reduce smoking. The trial involves 400 pregnant smokers who will receive either the omega-3 supplement or a placebo pill.
