Summary
This study looks at how two different fish oils, EPA and DHA, affect blood clotting and cholesterol in people with high triglycerides. Researchers will give participants either EPA or DHA supplements and track changes in blood tests over several visits. The goal is to gather information, not to treat or cure any condition. About 80 adults with high cholesterol will take part.
