NCT ID NCT06463665

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study tests a new approach for people with advanced lung cancer whose disease got worse after standard first-line treatment. Participants receive an experimental virus (Olvi-Vec) followed by chemotherapy plus an immunotherapy drug, or the standard chemotherapy docetaxel alone. The goal is to see if the virus-based combination can better control the cancer and improve survival. About 142 adults with non-small-cell lung cancer will take part.
