Cancer-Fighting virus shows promise in lung cancer trial

Summary
This study tests a new approach for people with advanced lung cancer whose disease has worsened after initial treatment. Participants receive an experimental virus therapy (Olvi-Vec) followed by chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug, or standard chemo alone. The goal is to see if the combination can better control the cancer and extend the time without further progression.
