Can an olive pill speed up your workout recovery?

NCT ID NCT07008586

Summary

This study tested whether a supplement made from olives (OliPhenolia®) could help healthy adults recover faster from exercise. Researchers gave 18 participants either the supplement or a placebo before and after a tough workout. They measured blood markers of inflammation and muscle soreness, as well as movement ability, to see if the supplement improved recovery over several days.
