Can an olive drink help you burn more fat at the gym?
NCT ID NCT07210099
Summary
This study aims to see if drinking an olive extract supplement (OliPhenolia®) for 8 days helps healthy, active people burn more fat while cycling. Researchers also want to know if having caffeine before a workout boosts this effect. They will measure fat burning by analyzing participants' breath during exercise.
