First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study is for women with ER+/HER2- breast cancer that has spread and is starting to grow again in 1 to 3 spots while on hormone therapy. Doctors will use precise radiation on those growing spots while continuing the same pills. The goal is to see if this approach can delay the need to switch to a different treatment, keeping a well-tolerated therapy effective for longer.
