New pain drug tested to stop sick feeling after brain surgery

Summary
This study is testing if a pain medicine called oliceridine causes less nausea after surgery than another common medicine, sufentanil. It will involve 174 adults having surgery near the brainstem. The main goal is to see which drug better controls pain while reducing the sick feeling many patients get after surgery.
