Scientists seek 'Normal' immune blueprint in 80+ year olds
NCT ID NCT07239830
Summary
This study aims to understand what a normal immune response looks like in healthy adults aged 80 and older. Researchers will measure specific immune markers in the nose and blood of 62 participants who show no signs of infection. The goal is to create reference data that can help doctors better diagnose active viral infections in older patients in the future.
