Summary
This study looks at whether the drug olaparib works better than standard treatments (enzalutamide or abiraterone) for Chinese men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone therapy. All participants have a BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutation. The goal is to see if olaparib can slow down the cancer's growth. About 43 men will take part.
