Summary

This study looked back at the medical records of 342 women in Europe with advanced ovarian cancer linked to a BRCA gene mutation. The goal was to see how well the drug olaparib worked and how it was used in real-world settings after initial chemotherapy. Researchers collected data on how long patients lived without their cancer getting worse and their overall survival.
