First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at whether the drug olaparib, taken after initial chemotherapy, can help control aggressive variant prostate cancer (AVPC) for longer. About 96 men will receive cabazitaxel, carboplatin, and prednisone first, then either olaparib or observation. The goal is to see if olaparib delays cancer progression.
