Summary
This study tests a drug called olaparib in 32 people with advanced bile duct cancer that has spread and has certain DNA repair gene mutations. The goal is to see if the drug can stop or slow tumor growth. Participants take olaparib pills, and the study measures how long they live without the cancer getting worse.
