New drug combo could boost ovarian cancer surgery success

Summary
This study is for people with advanced ovarian cancer who are scheduled for surgery. It tests whether taking a drug called olaparib alone or with another drug called durvalumab for a short time before surgery is safe and practical. The goal is to see if this approach can be done without delaying surgery or causing serious side effects. About 60 participants will be enrolled.
