First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (olaparib, pembrolizumab, and carboplatin) as a first treatment for people with head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. The goal is to see if this mix works better than the current standard therapy. About 30 adults with incurable disease will take part, and researchers will measure how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear.
