Summary

This study tests whether a low dose of olanzapine, a drug often used for nausea, can help people with stomach cancer maintain their weight and appetite while receiving chemotherapy before surgery. About 26 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either olanzapine plus standard care or standard care alone. The goal is to improve nutrition and quality of life during treatment.
