Could a simple oil flush help women conceive?

NCT ID NCT04379973

Summary

This study is testing if a simple extra step during a standard fertility test can help women get pregnant. After a routine ultrasound test to check if fallopian tubes are open, some women will have their tubes flushed with a special oil-based fluid. Researchers want to see if this extra flushing leads to more live births compared to just having the standard test alone. The study includes about 736 women under 40 who have been trying to conceive for at least a year.
