NCT ID NCT07272031
Summary
This study aims to find out which type of short office massage works best to reduce chronic stress in women with sedentary office jobs. Researchers will compare 15-minute head, neck/shoulder, or hand massages given twice a week for four weeks against a quiet rest period. They will measure stress levels using both a heart monitor and participant questionnaires to see which approach helps the body recover from work strain.
