Summary
This study is testing different combinations of simple advice and exercises to see what best helps office workers with low back pain. It will compare giving people just standing advice, adding posture education, or also including a specific exercise program. The goal is to find the most effective way to reduce pain, improve posture and flexibility, lower stress, and boost quality of life for people who sit at desks all day.
