Can smart testing unlock hidden cancer drugs?
NCT ID NCT07343024
First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at whether special tests can predict which off-guideline drugs (FDA-approved for other cancers but not listed for a patient's specific cancer) will work for people with advanced cancer. About 300 participants will have their tumors tested, and doctors will try a promising off-guideline drug. The goal is to see how accurate these tests are at predicting a patient's response, potentially giving more treatment options to those who have run out of standard choices.
