Summary

This study follows about 468 people with advanced kidney cancer to see how their treatment and quality of life change over time in real-world settings. Researchers will collect information from patients, doctors, and medical records to understand what treatments are used and how patients feel. The goal is to learn more about managing the disease outside of clinical trials.
