First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether a simple eye exercise program can improve sleep quality in older adults living in nursing homes. Researchers will compare sleep scores, self-confidence, and healthy sleep habits between a group doing the exercises and a control group. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to help elderly people sleep better.
