Summary

This study tests a gene therapy called OCU410ST for people with Stargardt disease, an inherited eye condition that causes vision loss. Early results show the treatment slowed retinal damage by 48% and improved vision in some patients. The current phase will enroll 51 people aged 5 and older to confirm these benefits.
