Summary
This study looks at whether using a high-tech camera called OCT during heart stent placement can help people with stable angina take blood thinners for a shorter time. Normally, patients take these drugs for 6-12 months to prevent clots, but longer use raises bleeding risk. The study will enroll 130 adults and compare outcomes to standard care.
