Eye scanner showdown: do two machines see glaucoma the same way?
NCT ID NCT07350304
First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tested how well two different eye imaging machines (Topcon Maestro2 and Zeiss Cirrus 5000) agree when measuring retinal thickness in 141 people with glaucoma. The goal was to help doctors get consistent results even if patients switch devices. No treatments were tested—only non-invasive scans were used.
