Summary
This study checked if the multiple sclerosis drug ocrelizumab passes from mother to baby during pregnancy and how it affects the baby's B cells (a type of immune cell). Researchers followed 70 pregnant women with MS or clinically isolated syndrome who had taken ocrelizumab up to 6 months before pregnancy or during the first trimester. The goal was to measure B cell levels in the infants after birth to understand any potential effects.
