Summary

This study looks at how long-term use of the drug ocrelizumab affects fatigue (extreme tiredness) and thinking skills like memory and attention in 30 veterans with multiple sclerosis. Participants will take tests and answer questions at the start, 6 months, and 12 months to track changes. The goal is to better understand the drug's effects on daily life, not to test a new treatment.
