First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a special gel called Omeza Complete Matrix (OCM) to standard wound care helps diabetic foot ulcers heal faster. About 130 adults with diabetes and a foot ulcer that has lasted at least 4 weeks will be enrolled. Researchers will compare healing rates over 12 weeks between those getting standard care alone and those getting standard care plus OCM.
