Can better job support help people with OCD succeed at work?

Summary

This study tests two approaches to help adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) find and keep jobs. All 40 participants will receive standard OCD therapy, then half will get enhanced job placement support while the other half gets standard vocational services. Researchers will compare which approach leads to better employment outcomes and quality of life over one year.
