Summary

This study aimed to understand the connection between mind wandering (daydreaming) and obsessive thoughts in people with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Researchers compared 40 students with OCD to 40 students without OCD. They used a new questionnaire to see if obsessive thoughts happen more often during boring or engaging daily activities.
