Summary
This study tests whether a specially designed self-help workbook, based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and adapted for Pakistani culture, can help adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). About 108 participants will use the manual with guidance from a therapist. The goal is to see if this approach reduces OCD symptoms, anxiety, and depression, and improves daily functioning.
