Summary

This study looks at how the brains of people with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) process fear and safety signals. Researchers will use MRI scans and mild brain stimulation (tDCS) to see if they can improve how the brain learns to feel safe. The goal is to understand OCD better and find ways to make exposure therapy more effective. 180 adults with OCD will take part.
