NCT ID NCT05679895

First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called OC-1, which uses a patient's own immune cells (T cells) that have been modified in a lab to recognize and attack a specific marker (CD1a) on cancer cells. The trial aims to see if this therapy is safe and can help shrink or eliminate cancer in up to 20 children and adults with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. Participants will receive a single infusion of these engineered cells and be closely monitored for side effects and cancer response.
