First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study watches how well a combination of three drugs (selinexor, bortezomib, and dexamethasone) works for adults with multiple myeloma who have already tried 1 to 3 other treatments. It does not test a new drug but collects information from regular medical care to see how long the cancer stays under control. About 159 people will take part, and the study will last about 3 years.
