Summary

This study looks at people with advanced kidney cancer who are already on immunotherapy. They will also receive a special type of radiation to one tumor. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors elsewhere in the body, a phenomenon called the abscopal effect. Researchers will track tumor changes and collect blood samples over one year.
