Summary

This study tests a new drug, 177Lu-TLX250, which delivers radiation directly to kidney cancer cells. It is for adults with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma that has come back or spread. The trial compares two different doses of the drug to standard single-drug therapy to see which works better and is safer.
