Summary
This phase 3 trial tests a drug called 177Lu-TLX250, which delivers radiation directly to kidney cancer cells. It is for adults with advanced clear cell kidney cancer that has returned or spread after prior treatments. The study first finds the best dose, then compares it to standard single-drug therapy.
