First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study involved 7 adults with an active C. diff infection to see how well stool and blood samples could be collected, shipped, and tested. Researchers also tracked if diarrhea came back and asked participants to complete questionnaires. The goal was to improve methods for future studies, not to test a new treatment.
