First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called obinutuzumab in 30 adults with a rare, serious blood vessel disease (cryoglobulinemia vasculitis) that did not improve with or caused reactions to the standard treatment rituximab. The goal is to see if obinutuzumab can stop disease activity and allow patients to reduce steroid use. It is a phase 2 trial, meaning it is early but promising, and participants will be closely monitored for safety and effectiveness.
