Summary
This study tests an experimental injection called IN-B00009 for weight loss in adults with obesity or overweight who do not have diabetes. About 300 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see how much weight they lose over 40 weeks. The goal is to find a safe and effective treatment to help manage weight.
