Summary
This study follows 100 adults who are starting anti-obesity medications like semaglutide or tirzepatide. Researchers will measure changes in body fat, muscle, and strength over time, and look at how diet and exercise influence results. The goal is to understand the real-world impact of these drugs, not to test a new treatment.
