Summary

This study follows 100 adults starting anti-obesity medications like semaglutide or tirzepatide to see how their body composition, muscle strength, and nutrition change over time. Participants will get periodic scans and strength tests, and complete online surveys about diet and exercise. The goal is to understand real-world outcomes beyond just weight loss.
