Summary
This study tests whether a new drug called XW003 works better than semaglutide (a known weight-loss medication) for Chinese adults with obesity. About 163 participants with a BMI of 30 or higher will receive either drug, and researchers will measure weight loss, waist size, and safety. The goal is to find a more effective treatment for managing obesity.
