New obesity drug BGM0504 takes on tirzepatide in Head-to-Head trial

Summary

This study tests a new drug called BGM0504 against an existing weight-loss medication, tirzepatide, in adults with obesity. About 90 participants who do not have diabetes will take one of the two drugs for 26 weeks. The main goal is to see how much weight they lose and whether the new drug is safe.
