Summary
This study tested an experimental daily pill called TERN-601 for weight loss in 167 adults with overweight or obesity. Participants took the pill or a placebo for 12 weeks to see how much weight they lost and if it was safe. The goal is to find a convenient oral treatment to help manage weight.
